The Future Home is one of the major initiatives Rise Together Foundation is raising money for—a permanent Ventura County place where young people and families can find learning, movement, creativity, mentorship, and practical support, all under one roof.

Imagine finishing homework with a tutor, meeting a mentor, building a robot, practicing music, and joining a team—all in one trusted place.
Today, support is often scattered across different programs, schedules, and locations. A shared home can make help easier to reach, relationships easier to sustain, and the whole community easier to connect.
