Jonathan Davis is an entrepreneur, business leader, community advocate, and the founder of Rise Together Foundation, a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to uplifting underserved youth and families throughout Ventura County.

Guided by his faith and a deep love for his community, Jonathan believes every young person deserves the encouragement, resources, relationships, and opportunities necessary to reach their full God-given potential. His vision for Rise Together Foundation is rooted in compassion, service, integrity, personal responsibility, and hope.

Jonathan brings more than fifteen years of entrepreneurial and organizational leadership to the foundation. He is the President and CEO of J. Davis Construction Management, Inc., a minority-owned federal contracting and construction company established in 2008. A third-generation construction professional, Jonathan successfully guided the company through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s nine-year 8(a) Business Development Program while building a reputation founded on perseverance, accountability, quality, and service.

His professional journey has given him firsthand knowledge of both the obstacles and opportunities that can shape a person’s future. Jonathan understands the importance of mentorship, access to resources, strong relationships, and having someone willing to believe in your potential. Those lessons have become central to his commitment to helping young people overcome financial and social barriers.

Jonathan is also the founder of Collab District, a Camarillo-based collaborative space created to connect entrepreneurs, creatives, students, and emerging leaders. Through Collab District, he has promoted entrepreneurship, resource sharing, collaboration, and the creation of generational opportunity.

His dedication to community service is also reflected in his nonprofit and civic leadership. Jonathan began serving with Dignity Health in 2022, contributing his business experience, community perspective, and commitment to improving the well-being of individuals and families. Since 2025, he has also served on the Board of Directors of the West Ventura County Business Alliance, supporting regional collaboration, economic opportunity, and a stronger business and civic community throughout western Ventura County.

Jonathan’s commitment to service extends beyond the boardroom. He has supported youth sports, nonprofit leadership, community partnerships, and efforts that create positive environments where young people can learn, compete, develop confidence, and grow. He understands that supporting a young person also means strengthening the family and surrounding that individual with trusted mentors, positive role models, and a caring community.

Through Rise Together Foundation, Jonathan is working to provide scholarships, educational assistance, athletic support, technology access, mentorship, leadership development, and faith-centered encouragement. The foundation’s purpose is not simply to meet immediate needs, but to help young people develop the character, discipline, spiritual foundation, and confidence required for lasting success.

Jonathan’s long-term vision is to establish a permanent youth education, technology, and sports facility in Ventura County—a safe, welcoming, and inspiring place where young people can learn, train, build meaningful relationships, discover their talents, and receive positive direction for their lives.

At the heart of Jonathan’s work is a simple conviction: lasting change happens when people rise together. Through the foundation, he is committed to uniting churches, schools, businesses, coaches, educators, community leaders, and caring individuals around a shared purpose—helping the next generation rise above barriers, recognize their worth, and build a future filled with faith, opportunity, and hope.
