Request assistance
Rise Together Foundation considers focused requests from Ventura County families and youth-serving organizations. Tell us what is needed, why it matters, and when it is needed.
Start a requestHow it works
Submitting a request does not guarantee funding. Awards depend on eligibility, available funds, urgency, and Foundation approval.
The request should benefit Ventura County youth and remove a specific barrier to participation or progress.
Share the essential facts only. You will receive an immediate confirmation number and a copy by email.
Nayelly and Cynthia review the request. They may contact you to verify details or request supporting documents.
If approved, Rise Together generally pays the verified school, program, provider, or vendor directly.
Who may apply
Examples include program fees, tutoring, school supplies, technology, athletic equipment, training, transportation tied to participation, or another clearly defined need.
Requests should name the youth benefit, specific cost, service area, and how the support will remove an access barrier.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank information, immigration status, full birth dates, medical records, or a young person’s full name. If documentation is needed, a reviewer will contact you securely.
